How do I count business days between two dates?
Business days are weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Use the Business Days Calculator tab above — it automatically excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and optionally US Federal Holidays for 2026.
What is the difference between calendar days and business days?
Calendar days count every day including weekends and holidays (e.g. 30 days = exactly 30 days). Business days only count Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. A 30-calendar-day period typically contains about 21–22 business days.
How do I add 30 days to a date?
